Cooley Named VP of Ag Marketing For Stockman Bank

Brian Cooley has joined Stockman Bank as the vice president, Billings ag market manager. He will oversee the Ag department for all three Stockman Bank Billings locations. His responsibilities include developing and managing new and existing agricultural loan relationships, as well as assisting clients.

 

Cooley brings over 25 years of banking experience to the position, which includes agriculture, commercial and consumer lending. He most recently served as the vice president, commercial loan officer for First Interstate Bank in Miles City. His past banking experience will be an asset to Stockman Bank and help expand their agricultural loan portfolio.

Cooley was raised on a family ranch in Musselshell County. This fifth generation ranch remains in the family today.

Cooley earned a bachelor of science degree in business, with a minor in economics from Montana State University in Bozeman. He is also a graduate from the Northwest Ag Credit School at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington; the American Banker’s Association Graduate School of Finance; and the Northwest Banking School at the University of Portland in Portland, Oregon.
