Tony Martel, Martel Construction of Bozeman, was elected president of the Montana Contractors’ Association (MCA) during the organization’s annual meeting Jan 12-13 at the Great Northern Hotel in Helena. Russ Olsen, R&R Taylor Construction, Bozeman, was elected vice president. Deb Poteet, Poteet Construction, Missoula, was elected treasurer. Newly elected to the board of directors was Jeff Hollenback, Mountain West Holding Company, Missoula, representing the Specialty Contractors’ Division and Bill Lloyd, Great West Engineering, Helena was elected as the new Associates’ Division chair. Also elected to the board were David Zinke, Knife River, Missoula and Mike Newton, Fisher Sand and Gravel, Glendive.
MCA is a Helena-based trade association representing commercial and industrial construction firms across Montana, and is a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
