Ryan Auer has joined Stockman Bank as the residential real estate market manager. He will oversee and manage the real estate department for all four Billings Stockman Bank locations. His responsibilities include coordinating the residential real estate activities in Billings and surrounding areas.  Auer, a Billings native, has an extensive background in banking, lending and real estate.  

For the past 15 years, he has managed commercial and residential escrow offices for Chicago Title and Legends Escrow in San Diego, California, and along with several partners, also started his own successful nationwide 1031 exchange company.  

Auer is currently the most senior member of the National Association for the Certification of Real Estate Exchange Specialists (CES) and heads up the continuing education committee for the organization.

Stockman Bank also announced the promotions of Alissa Welch and David Henneberry in the Human Resource Department.

Welch has been promoted to assistant vice president, human resource department manager at Stockman Bank. She is responsible for the development and organization of the Human Resource functions for all 24 Stockman Bank locations. Welch brings ten years of banking experience to the position. She has been with Stockman Bank since 2006. Welch is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Henneberry has been promoted to human resource officer. He is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Human Resource functions for all 24 Stockman Bank locations.

Henneberry has been with Stockman Bank since 2009 and was previously the human resource generalist/benefits specialist for Stockman Bank. He earned his associates degree in human resource management in 2010 from MSU-Billings. He is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
