Back Country Horsemen
With a theme of "Back Country Horsemen in the 21st Century", the Beartooth Chapter of the Back Country Horsemen of Montana (BCH) will host the 2012 Statewide Convention in Billings, March 30 through April 1, at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center. Legal Reform Conference
On March 22, the Montana Chamber will host a Legal Reform Conference in Billings at the Hilton Garden Inn from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  This conference has been approved for 4.5 CLE credits by the Montana State Bar. Topics for the conference include: the top business cases in Montana in 2011; medical malpractice reform; joint & several liability; exclusive remedy challenges in work comp; legal issues in natural resource development; general tort reform proposals. BE GREAT Ball/Benefit
The 18th Annual BE GREAT Ball, a benefit for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County, will be held on March 30, at the Crowne Plaza Billings.  A social hour and silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Gordon L. Eldredge dinner and live auction. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County have been serving young people since 1971. Each day, more than 600 kids attend their four clubhouses.  Membership to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County costs only $10 per school year.   Event organizers are Jim Gainan and Karrie Owen. Montana Notary Conference
The first statewide event for Montana's notaries public, the 2012 Montana Notary Conference, will provide a series of seminars covering best practices and professional standards for commissioned notaries. Registration is now open for the one-day event, which will be held on May 5 in Billings. The conference will feature over a dozen workshops dealing with issues of importance to notaries public and their employers. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Billings Hotel in Billings.

Montana Made
Wholesale buyers are  encouraged to pre-register for free admission to discover the best of what Montana's entrepreneurs have to offer at the Montana Made on Marketplace to be held in Great Falls on March 23-24 in the Mansfield Convention Center at the Great Falls Civic Center. The Marketplace is strategically timed to connect exhibitors with wholesale buyers looking to purchase for the spring and summer season. March 23 is Wholesale Buyer's Day - only open to qualified buyers and the media. March 24 is Retail Public Day with the Marketplace open to the public - $3 for anyone 12 and older; free admission age 11 and younger. Lincoln Reagan Dinner
The Yellowstone County Republicans will host the 2012 Lincoln Reagan Dinner on March 31 at the Holiday Inn Grand. ?A meet and greet is scheduled at 5:30 pm with dinner at 7 pm. Comedian and conservative writer Eric Golub will be the keynote speaker. ?Congressman Denny Rehberg, Congressional Candidate Steve Daines, and Billings Mayor Tom Hanel will also be in attendance at the event. Republican Gubernatorial candidates have been invited to attend. Tickets are $50 when purchased before February 20 and $65 afterwards. Tickets are available by calling?672-1170.
